"An
Instinct for Kindness" is a critically acclaimed (see reviews!)
one-man play, written and performed by me, directed by Hannah Eidenhow
and produced by James Seabright. For what it's about, click the
"history" tab. It had its first performance in Bath, in June
2011, then was performed at the Edinburgh Fringe, 2011, where it won a
Fringe First. In Spring 2012 it toured the UK, and won a further
award of a Brighton Argus Angel, at the Brighton festival. A
short run at Trafalgar studios in the West End meant eligibility for
the What's On Stage awards, for which I have just (December 2012) been
shortlisted in the category of Best Solo Performance. As you may
know, these awards - the winners of which which be announced in Feb
2013 - are voted for, by the public, so if you want to vote for me or
the other nominees, go here.
Have just returned from Mumbai, where I performed the show at the Mumbai literary festival.
